Frequently asked questions
Clear answers about outcomes, formats, pricing, and policies for AI Budget Rush vocational training in Singapore.
This FAQ covers the questions we hear most often from Singapore professionals comparing AI Budget Rush with other training options. Answers emphasise educational scope: we teach AI tools, prompt engineering, AI workflows, and AI-assisted reporting for budget management and income skills — we do not sell investment products, trading systems, or guaranteed career outcomes. If a claim on social media conflicts with what you read here, treat this page and our footer disclaimer as authoritative.
Browse by topic below, or contact the Capital Tower centre if your question is about a specific 2026 cohort date, corporate workshop scope, or PDPA request. We respond Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT.
Our courses teach practical AI-assisted budget management and professional income-skills that can support clearer financial operations and more billable work. Completion certificates reflect training participation only. We do not guarantee specific savings, profit, salary increases, investment returns, or business results. AI tools and examples may contain errors — financial and career decisions require human judgment and professional review. This is vocational training, not investment, tax, legal, accounting, or employment placement advice.
Do you guarantee savings, profit, salary increases, or specific income outcomes from your AI Budget Rush courses?
No. AI Budget Rush teaches skills — not guarantees. Our programmes help learners practise budget management, cash flow clarity, expense tracking, financial reporting hygiene, and income skills such as service packaging, pricing literacy, and client-ready deliverables. Completing a course may support clearer financial operations or more confident billable AI work, but we do not guarantee savings, profit, salary increases, investment returns, business results, or any specific income outcome. AI Budget Rush is not a get-rich-quick scheme, not an investment product, not a trading desk, not multi-level marketing, and not a licensed accounting, tax, investment advisory, or employment placement service. Certificates confirm training participation and completed exercises only. Financial and career decisions always require your own judgment and, where appropriate, advice from licensed professionals.
Is AI Budget Rush an investment platform or robo-advisor?
No. AI Budget Rush is vocational training only. We do not manage money, recommend securities, provide portfolio allocation, or operate as a robo-advisor or investment platform. Modules that mention AI forecasting workflows, AI finance dashboards, or finance decision support are educational demonstrations for process literacy — not personalised investment advice. If you need investment guidance, consult a licensed adviser regulated for that activity in Singapore.
What are the prerequisites?
Foundations-level programmes assume comfortable use of a laptop, spreadsheets, and email. No coding background is required. Familiarity with workplace finance operations — invoices, expense tracking, or simple budget management — helps but is not mandatory. Capstone enrolment normally requires two completed programmes or facilitator approval. Income Track modules benefit from a willingness to discuss professional earning methods and freelance finance workflow honestly, without expecting guaranteed clients.
Are courses online, in-person, or both?
We offer live cohort courses at Capital Tower on Robinson Road, self-paced modules online, weekend intensives on-site, and hybrid arrangements for selected corporate team workshops. Exact mode is listed per cohort. Online sessions still emphasise AI tools practise with ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude, plus human review of AI-assisted reporting drafts. In-person labs are preferred for AI document extraction and whiteboard critique of AI output quality.
How large are cohorts?
Open cohorts are kept intentionally small — typically eight to sixteen learners — so facilitators can review prompt engineering work, AI categorisation drills, and management reporting samples with meaningful feedback. Corporate workshops may be larger when scoped as a briefing, but hands-on labs still break into small groups. Small size supports reconciliation discipline coaching rather than lecture-only delivery.
What is corporate pricing in SGD?
Indicative 2026 corporate team workshop packages commonly range from S$4,800 to S$9,500 for half-day to two-day engagements for up to twelve participants, depending on customisation around accounts payable workflow, month-end close support, or generative AI for finance teams. Larger groups and multi-day academies are quoted separately. Individual programme seats for employees usually follow published open-enrolment ranges (often S$520–S$920). All figures are educational fees, not performance-linked consulting retainers.
What is your refund policy?
Written cancellations received at least fourteen days before a live cohort start may receive a full refund of programme fees paid, minus any non-refundable payment processing charges stated at checkout. Cancellations inside fourteen days may receive credit toward a later 2026 cohort at our discretion. Self-paced module fees are generally non-refundable once access credentials are issued. Corporate contracts follow the cancellation schedule in the signed proposal. We do not refund on the basis of dissatisfaction with personal financial results, because outcomes are not guaranteed.
How do you handle personal data under the PDPA?
AI Budget Rush Pte. Ltd. collects personal data needed to respond to enquiries, administer enrolments, and operate training — typically name, email, phone, organisation, and payment references. We seek consent on contact forms and provide access to our privacy notice. Data is not sold. Learners should avoid pasting confidential employer ledgers into public AI tools; classroom examples use anonymised or synthetic datasets. Questions about access or correction can be sent to [email protected] during Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT.
What do your courses NOT include?
Courses do not include licensed accounting sign-off, tax filing, legal opinions, investment recommendations, trading signals, employment placement, visa assistance, or guaranteed introductions to paying clients. We do not supply proprietary “profit bots,” nor do we claim AI automation will replace finance teams. Spend control and forecast accuracy improve only when humans apply the skills; training alone does not create those results.
What is your AI tool usage policy?
Learners may use approved AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Claude during labs under facilitator guidance. You must not upload secret employer data, personal identifiers of third parties, or regulated client information into consumer AI products. We teach AI productivity with explicit AI output quality checks, and we require disclosure when AI assists a deliverable. Misuse that violates workplace policy or Singapore law can lead to removal from a cohort without refund where stated in enrolment terms.
How do Budget Track and Income Track differ?
Budget Track centres on budget management, cash flow clarity, expense tracking, invoice workflow, financial reporting hygiene, finance operations, and related process skills — including AI reconciliation support and repeatable AI finance processes. Income Track centres on income skills, career upside literacy, billable AI work, service packaging, pricing literacy, side-income organisation, and vocational income literacy through an income-oriented AI practicum. Many learners take both; neither track promises savings or salary outcomes. Choose Budget Track to strengthen internal finance process improvement; choose Income Track to practise ethical packaging of AI-assisted services.
Where do classes take place?
Most live sessions run at 168 Robinson Road, #12-05 Capital Tower, Singapore 068912, in the CBD. Selected workshops may use nearby meeting rooms when cohort size requires it. Self-paced modules are online. Evening classroom schedules are published in SGT. Visitors should allow time for building security at Capital Tower and should not expect a walk-in retail counter without an appointment.
Can I combine Budget Track modules with Income Track modules?
Yes. Many learners complete Foundations plus one Budget Track specialist module, then add AI Income Skills packaging for a balanced portfolio of AI finance skills. The Capstone is designed to integrate both tracks into one personal operations plan. Combining tracks still does not create guaranteed career upside or savings — it simply widens the skills-based earning improvement and finance process improvement toolkit you practise under facilitation.
